Made matcha brioche with brioche recipe from kitchn and matcha filling recipe from foodbeam. I halved the recipe from each website. The brioche turned out overbaked and dry, and there is not enough matcha. Next time I should bake for a shorter time, perhaps 375F for 25 mins, and add way more matcha.
